The 25, 18 and 8 mm thick melamine coated chipboards used in the Traverta TV Unit have an E1 certificate and are sensitive to human health and the environment. 1 mm PVC edge bands are used on all visible and contacted surfaces to increase durability. These bands comply with the RoHS directive and are lead-free.

In the design that does not compromise on functionality, the drawers are equipped with self-tandem braked rails; the doors are equipped with slow-closing braked hinges. Electrical products are CE certified. The feet and handles are made of travertine patterned PVC coated MDF, adding an elegant integrity to the design.
